Another big first for all the kids (except six-year old Trace)....their first Icee! The boys only liked them a little and the girls were hilarious with them! Their faces were priceless! (Don't worry, Thomas didn't drink all of that. He might have had some help from Mom.)

Lion Cubs....and an Icee
We went to Riverbanks Zoo this morning with Aunt Kim, Trace, Davis, Mrs. Erika, Luke, and Faith. They have four lion cubs that were born last month, and we just had to see them! They were so little and fluffy; and the bottle feeding was very sweet. The pictures didn't turn out great because of the glass, but hopefully you can get some idea. It was pretty hot, but very much worth the trip. We saw the zebras and ostriches up close, and fed the giraffes! Thank goodness for the penguin feeding in the air conditioned bird conservatory! Thomas was sad that we didn't get to see all the animals or the aquarium, but it was getting pretty warm.
